OUR COMMUNITY NEEDS TO SEE THEMSELVES IN LEADERSHIP ROLES AND IN DOING THE WORK. WE NEED TO HIGHLIGHT THE POSITIVE MORE DELIBERATELY AND MORE OFTEN.

They are proven leaders accountable to driving TAG’s mission with transparency and KPI scoring to include effectiveness per data derived from census, local government and Black community focus groups that validate marginalized BIPOC community members evolvement as leaders/their own best advocates.

TAG’s Ask 

TAG deliverables hit different as celebratory, collaborative, strategic and sustainable while upholding dignity, producing value and momentum.  There is much work to be done to meet our mission, we invite conscientious people to TAG In and take this worthy journey with us.

TAG is committed to recognizing proven leaders, sharing wisdom, and celebrating our community’s successes.

As a startup nonprofit founded in 2020, we wasted no time in pursuing our mission. Some highlights include:

• Creating and hosting a series of “State of Blackness” webinars with Community leaders as panelists.
• Supporting COVID-19 awareness and immediate relief efforts through collaborations with Prepare STL, Integrated Health Network, and CHW Rapid Response. Together we outfitted community workers with PPE, Personal Protective Equipment.
• Supporting North St. Louis block unit captains with creating feeding bridges and information exchanges for their neighbors.
