Our Mission

Tribe All Good (TAG) uses art, innovation and collaborations to nurture capacity building of Black Indigenous People of Color (BIPOC).

Tribe All Good (TAG) nurtures pathways of organic Black leadership and is a source of record for Artist whose depictions value Black perspectives.

We live in divisive, challenging times. So many are hurting, time is of the essence to unite to save lives, alleviate suffering and protect human dignity. Kayla Dennis, TAG Founder is inspired by her mother, Delores Troupe Mays’, life commitment of pursuit for equality in Black underserved neighborhoods.  TAG’s vision empowers organic Black leaders who, like Mrs. Mays, drive collective humanitarian movements to nurture inclusive, just, healthy cultures.  Kayla states “Me and many others benefited from my mom, a widowed Black woman, on a fixed income who was dignified and committed to elevating her family and her community.  I believe we all have a calling to respect Black people’s humanity and nurture their wherewithal to mitigate structural obstacles and build capacity of Black leaders”.

TAG is unique and prime as Kayla lives and served in BIPOC communities during her tenure with St. Louis Housing Authority, and her consultation of faith-based and not for profits for The State of Missouri. Kayla, an active board member of nonprofits for 20+ years, acknowledges an abundance (some feel disproportionate to our population) of social service agencies. Kayla is inspired by the magnificence of Black folk and deliberate in countering apathy.  Kayla believes her greatest asset and contributing factor is TAG’s diverse Board of Directors (70% BIPOC) “nothing for us, without us”.  TAG BOD’s are conscientious leaders accountable to TAG’s mission.  TAG enacts transparency and scored effectiveness per data derived from census, local government and Black community focus groups that validate marginalized BIPOC evolving as leaders/their own best advocates.

WE LIVE IN DIVISIVE, CHALLENGING TIMES. SOCIETAL INJUSTICE IS A ROOT CAUSE OF THE RANCOR OUR COUNTRY IS FACING. TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE IN ACTING TO SAVE LIVES, ALLEVIATE SUFFERING AND PROTECT HUMAN DIGNITY.
