Shipping Methods
Delivery times may vary depending upon the destination. We typically ship from our offices in St. Louis. Orders from in-state and from neighboring states often receive faster delivery.
Most orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days, but please allow 3 to 5 business days before inquiring about your order. We ship Monday through Friday only, excluding holidays.
Shipping & Processing Costs
Shipping and processing costs can vary based on the number and type of items, weight, location, and shipping method. More than one item can incur additional costs. If costs vary because of the volume and weight of items in an order, someone will contact you in advance of shipping the items.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Tribe All Good (TAG) is not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit. A shipping confirmation email is sent once your order is shipped.
If your package is lost, please contact your local post office first. For other inquires, such as date shipped, feel free to contact us at tag@tribeallgood.org.
